nice man!

well, in watts, my system as of right now is putting about 1000watts... im upgrading to an Alpine amp that puts out 1200 watts....

i thought it was about RMS ratings, not watts... hmm... confused??

I think the 1800 should do what you need

the 800hc will do just fine and if you open your floor board up on the left side of your tire it will fit there perfectly

If you plan to upgrade to a 1200 watt amp the chart they provide says you need at least a 1400, if you ever happen to upgrade again then better go one up from that to save you from having to buy another one in the future.

are u replacing the stock bat or adding a second one. the 1800 is a bit high for the stock floor board and will push it up. Honestly i would do a 1400 in the stock location and a 600 on the side

not 100% but its an overall better decision IMO. a single 1400 is better then the stock bat and a 1f cap IMO and with batteries and electrical usually the weakest link limits the whole system. although the stock batt + the 800 would be enough for a 1200w amp

I have 2 1400hc's in my ride and they are good. I did have one fail, but sent it to kinetik and they sent me a new one. Took almost a month and i had to pay the shipping, but it was actually out of warranty and they replaced it anyway.

its really just a battery that has a low esr so it reacts very quickly to voltage changes

I have plenty of customers that use them and love them. One guy has a 1400 and is running 2 12" L7s and 2 750.1 kicker mono blocks, using it as cap and has no issues.

BTW if anyone needs them let us know as we do carry them as well.
