Do I smell a blue painted resistor coming as your next mod?

how about if I don't have any after market brake lights and all of them work, none burnt out. And my cruise just stops working randomly. There are no fuses correct I already looked for that. The orange light will come on but doesn't set. Help! I have 1K miles left of warranty but if its something stupid I want to do it myself

Unplug your battery for 10 minutes. It will reset the PCM and it will fix your problem If your wondering why this is happening, its because there is a switch in the clutch that gets stuck closed which in turn keeps your cruise from engaging because the cruise disengages when you press the clutch. Its a common problem.

Damn didn't work... same thing happens. It will come on the screen for a half of second then go away and never engage. I hate going to the dealer such a pain in the ass.

No? I'm putting the carpet back but now I can't find the damn pins that hold the carpet in. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy these?

Any auto supply/parts store should have them, up here we have canadian tire but for obvious reasons you might not. I think you guys have Autozone, or something like that. You might even be able to find them in the Auto dept. at Walmart

That is correct. I had the exact same problem and that's what the dealer said too. I'm just going to get the Impala brake light
