Lost my blinker and my drivers side speaker????!!
Hi guys,
I noticed both my drivers side door speaker and my blinker (the ticking sound)not working. My turn signals work, I just don`t hear the clicking sound. They both went out at the exact same time. On very rare occasions, they both come back and work, consistently at the same time. Are they in some way connected? Thanks

what year is your car? the alert chimes such as turn signal clicking on 07+ run thru the drivers side speaker. with that being said your speaker is on the verge of being fully blown, happened to me once under warranty and the second time i replaced all my speakers with kenwood's

Thanks. My car is a 2009. When the speaker does work, it seems to work fine....no crackling or anything like that. Could it still be close to being blown? Can they fail suddenly?

yea the speaker is done, either get it replaced under warranty or order a new set from like crutchfield that you like and are good quality and replace them yourself
