LOW speaker Volume GMOS-lan-04

Just Installed a Pioneer F700BT in 09 cobalt SS and now the speaker volume on the radio has to be turned up all the way to be heard. Its not as loud as the original radio. I used the GMOS-lan -04 adapter to keep ONSTAR and all that works fine. The chimes for key and door work fine also. If I play my Ipod I can adjust the SLA on the HU to make it louder but the radio is always way lower. Any one else have this problem?

Pull the HU back out, on the side of the black box for the Gmos Lan is a round dial, put a small star or flat head screw driver in it and turn clockwise (I think, but its been a while, could be counter clockwise) this will ajust the volume setting.
A warning however, doing this will also increase the volume output of your chimes.

how much of an increase in volume did you notice when turning those little adjusters? Did you turn them all the way up?
