usualy moulded sub enclosers are made of fiberglass which is made in a specialy constructed mold. Think of it as a negative of ur trunk. They fill it with fiberglass, not liquid they usualy spray it in. Then they pull it out and it will look like what ever you wanted it to look like lol. Preaty expensive prosess unless you know someone in the buisness

thatz the link i was gonna post. Keep in mind if your looking to do a design that cannot be made by simply stretching "fleece" like he did. The best thing to use as a "mold" or template is a large size block of i forget the name but it's like scultable styrofoam. You can sand it and cut it to your shape you desire and fiberglass on top of it.

it actually is easier to use material and strech it over the rings for your mold. your mold is not sprayed in it is brushed in. first tape off you trunk with blue tape. then lay down a layer of aluminum foil. polace tape over any overlapps you have. mix up some resin and mekp (hardener) brush on the resin. precut many pieces of glass chop mat. dont use cloth cause it will tak you forever. it is far too thin. dab the resin through the mat until it is saturated. (do not over saturate). then repeat. do about 2-3 layers then let it cure. then a few more. pop the mold out of your trunk once the mold is dry. mount your sub rings. stretch fabric over rings. follow same routine as before with glass and resin.

this is a very basic tutorial.

Instead of molding the whole box, get a custom made box that fits where you want it and have a sheet of fiberglass made that covers the box and goes to about 1/2" out of sight all the way around. Like taking the stop subbox and putting a sheet in front of it with a cut out of the sub. You can put in the box, the sheet, then mount the sub so that the edges of the sheet are behind the lip of the sub. Or you can design the cover sheet so that it forms a stand off and mount the grill on it.
