Since the Kickers are discontinued does it really matter?

kicker comps. only thing that you might want to think about getting from hifonics is amps. subs and door speakers are pretty shitty

naw f texas boombox lol i will never go there for anything ever again lol so yea i saw a custom cobalt box for sale for 129.99+40 for shipping fits perfect in the trunk so yea ohh and another question i have 2 headrest tvs and i am buy 5 more tvs for the trunk well 4 more i juss bought 1 right now lol hahahah then 2 12's i think maybe kicker then lol think that to much power for my stock battery lol

depends on how big ur amp is... the tvs wont really be an issue but if u throw in big bass then ya you'll see some dimming and would want to upgrade the battery

that's all good man u just have to pick if you want it louder or to look better now before you buy anything... i can get you a big ported box that will be loud ass hell for cheaper then that but it wont look as good as the perfect fit

 

well the whole idea is to have a perfect fit for the custom look ya kno so the tvs wont hurt the battery?? and i looking at diamond 12's or kicker 12's

 

it all is gonna depend on the model and such but in general kicker will be louder and diamond will sound cleaner

I don't know about the 12's but I have those Kickers in 10" in my winter beater and they suck ass. I picked them up at a boxing day sale for cheap.
Compared to the Hifonics there good but in general the don't sound good at all .
I have a RF Power 1100.2 running them (4ohm stereo, dialed back a bit) so its not a question of power.

If you want a good sub thats not that much $$ why not look into the Rockford Fosgate P1's or P2's. They will sound much better than those Kickers, without a doubt.

 

define better? they are both good speaker companies but kicker tends to get louder and diamond tends to sound cleaner. so depending on what ur looking for is going to be what you would want to buy

 

well load and clean lol but beggers cant be choosers lol im thinking diamond there not bad for there price 60 dollars a sub is not bad at all lol
