need pics of peeps' interior fuse box... plz?

Ok guys, if u please would, could u guys post pics of the fuse box located inside the car? I think i accidently cut my ignition switch wire which is leading to not wanting to release the key when i turn off my car.... mustv been when i had my old aftermarket hu....

so if u guys could, plz post a pic so i can see where the red 12v wire runs to....

this is for my 2007 Cobalt btw.... plz, the dealer wants $120 to reconnect the wire, so if u guys could, plz help me out.... i dont wana pay that much for connecting a stupid wire

how did u cut the wire? If you did so in your dash (for the stereo) couldnt you just reconnect it? Plus if you used a harness then nothing should have been cut in the car. and it doesnt make sense why it would mess up all of a sudden. I would think it wouldnt work from the get go no?

My key stopped coming out also. It was months ago, but there is a release button under the column under a plastic cover. The shifter park switch was bad, so the car never thought it was in park. Dealer replaced shifter. I don't think a pic of the fuse box will help, you need a wiring diagram.

Yeah, the first time it locked up it was cuz of the same reason... the shifter was jacked so it wouldnt release the key.. after that, it was working fine.... but not too long ago, i was preppin the car (cleaning) and noticed a dam wire was just hangin there.... so im like wtf?? i tested it and it was a ground wire, so when it taps a positive wire, it releases the key... thing is, idk how it was cut in the first place or where it goes.....

I pulls right out bro... just pull out the clips out from the bottom first, then pull down.. itl come right off

oh, and UPDATE, got the ignition switch wired back to factory... cost me $100 which i gladly paid for my cobalt i just wanted it to work so i forked over the cash for it.

No, but it took about 2 hrs to get it fixed... Im thinkin they had to really get in there to fix it cuz dam, it took a while.. eh, whatever, its all good now though and that makes me happy
