New amp or speakers??

I have the 7 speaker Pioneer sound system and if I could do ONE thing.....should I upgrade speakers or the amplifier? Right now I am not sure if there is too much power for the speakers or not enough power to really drive the speakers. I know everyone will say upgrade everything but I dont have that kind of $$$ as I am already probably changing the deck for personal reasons.

So I take the amp is pretty decent and whatever I hear lacking are the speakers then? What is a REASONABLE upgrade with very little or no modifications? I take it those stock Pioneers are not that great then?
