new h/u

been looking for an upgrade for my h/u.....

i've gotten down to two that i really like..

Pioneer Premier AVIC-F90BT

or

Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD

which i can find them at several places bestbuy ect.....

to keep my steering wheel controls i know i need the adaptor, but I'm retarded and can't install anything like that. Best buy said they would only install the h/u would an audio shop install both or am i just sol and i have to reach over to mess w/ it.

local that Pioneer AVH-P3100 is about 4-450 the other about 550....

why wont they install the steering wheel controls? i work for bestbuy and i can do it? are you sure they wont? did you talk to an installer?

if the prices are close, go with the 90bt....it has GPS/BLUETOOTH come on! FTW

but no usb.... ill go back and talk to em again... the dude was a d-bag... and said " if you want use of the factory steering wheel controls.... you need a factory stereo..."

incorrect you need PART NUMBER ISMU51 (PESWIPS) SKU: 7965473, its $100.99 at bestbuy, talk to an installer and are you using usb for ipod? it has a usb in the rear!

I have the Pioneer F700BT and its awesome it has the USB connection built in the rear so you can easily hook up your ipod, I also installed the steering wheel controller, it is very easy to do read the directions youll be surprised on how siple it is to install took me like 20 min to put it in
