Exclamation New headlight issue

I got a new OEM replacement headlight without the amber corner (it has the orange blinker bulb) and placed it in my 07 LS (mine has the amber corner lens over white blinker light). Both look and hooked up the same, but the new lights low beam isn't working. Is there a known difference between the voltages of the two? The blinker and high beams work as they should. Think I got a bad light? Any help appreciated

The headlight it replaces is broken, is the connection universal? I.E a right headlamp can be plugged into the left to trouble shoot? Because that would also tell me if it was an issue with my wiring

I meant switching the right and left side headlight bulbs.
