Help!!!!!

i just ordered my new HU!
http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?...roduct_ID=6583

<edit> hahaha i feel really stupid though b/c i didnt order a dash kit so im just gonna run to bestbuy and grab one.

do u have to have a dash kit to put a radio in or can u do it and just have a gap. b/c i didnt order a dash kit i forgot i needed one and i wonder if i could put in a radio and just get a dash kit later??

<original post> what kind of front speakers would u recommend. im thinkin about removing the rears all together so i can lay down a bunch of foam under the rear deck and eliminate all the rattles from my subs. i was thinkin about just buying new front speaks and spending a little more money on those instead of front and back speaks... what u think?

Why get rid of the 6x9s? Just don't upgrade them if you feel they aren't important. But for sure upgrading the front speakers will make a world of difference, just make sure you get a co-axial with at least a tweeter. I hear it's a pain in the ass to do the front speakers... wish I had more time to do mine!

Nice head unit by the way!

do not put foam just by some dynamt then bolt the rear dash on also 85% of your sound comes from up front the rest is the rear fill ...dont get rid of your rears just buy some new ones

You will need a dash kit. Only way to actually bolt in the new system.

I would keep the 6x9s. There are way worse places for rattle then the rear deck
