Do I need some kind of wiring adaptor for a new radio in my car? I can't seem to find one.

 

Yes. You need a Gm harness that goes from the new deck to the factory plug.
Any audio shop can get one.

 

hey has anyone heard about a harness for a ipod hookup to ur factory radio? i was on ebay and they had one for sale from axxess and i went to axesses website and couldn't find one any ideas? said it was for a 05-06 radio

no it wasn't a aux cable it was a ipod interface.. it goes between the wires and the radio that way u can run ur ipod through ur radio just like pioneer, alpine and a bunch of companys are doing now with there head units..

 

the 07 cobalts have the input jack so all you would need is that cable... no point in making it harder for the same result

 

im talkin 05-06 don't have the aux input i was wondering if ne one had the interface adapter

 

they dont make anything for the 05-06, best u can do is an wired fm modulator. I had one for a while, but i just went and bought a new head unit, the quality was not that great
