Not reading USB

My wife plugged in her iPhone to the car radio the other day. usually it reads it, then plays no problem. This time however it would do one of two things, either not read the iPhone at all and say on the display "no readable files", or it would read it, but not play anything. Instead it will freeze on one song and have the play/pause button selected as if it was on pause, but not let me select the play option. Everything else works on the radio, just not that and it's really weird. Has anyone else had this problem or know what I could do to fix it?

Don't know if it will help. One time with my Ipod Touch I got the whole "No readable files". It wouldn't play any of my songs. All I did was re-synced my Ipod with Itunes and it worked. Maybe try giving that a try.

Try turning phone off/on.... try maybe a new USB cord.. I think mine wouldn't read sometimes because the cord was shitty

My wife actually did all of that, and it works now! Thanks all.
