Open Letter with heatedseatkits.com
So I ordered two replacement control modules for my heated seats off their website to replace the ones I blew up by accident, here is an open letter with the company and my responses...

I tried to purchase two four screw type control units for the ones I blew. However I tried to do so from the heatedseatkits.com website and was told I was not in their system and would not send. After I sent a reply back with the link to the E-Bay link I purchased them from you, I was informed their e-mail box was full.
How can we go about rectifying this problem? Thanks in advance.

How are you today? The link has expired. Please provide me with the paypal payment transaction ID. Our company has over 10 different seat heaters. Each with different types of thermostats. We need to verify the correct part. The warranty is two years from date of purchase. It's very highly unlikely that both controllers will be defective at the same time. Please ship the defective controllers to

As I said earlier, I wish to purchase two of these units as they failed due to faulty wiring not faulty craftsmanship; So there is no need to RMA anything, I've already thrown the units out anyway. So am I required to send you my defective parts before I can order new parts? Do you return your old burnt out headlights before you buy new ones? I went to great lengths to find these parts out of the garbage and am ready to put some negative reputation out for the company as this is far too much work to go through to fix a simple mistake on my part.

The only verified regestered store that is at 1238 Kingsway is "Noah's Variety Shop" Its a little mom and pops corner store on the outskirts of Vancouver, almost in Burnaby. There are 2 other stores at that adress also, 1-Queenies Variety shop, and 2- Itech, but there un verified accordng to google.

Also there is no such ebay auction id 3D320358327324, they are always numbers and there is a "D" inside. This post sounds like it is from a competitor as warranty parts, you do not need to buy them as they are free to replace or he must have purchased from another company.
