PAC uPAC-GMII iPod/HD Radio Interface...Anyone Rocking it?

I'm thinking about getting a PAC uPAC-GMII interface so I can hook up my iPod to the HU and control it with the soft buttons. It also offers optional HD radio tuner. The problem is that my 07 has the US8 radio but doesn't have XM or OnStar installed. Will this interface still work with my setup? I'd love to hear from someone that has it installed. I hate to spend $200 if it doesn't work right with my car or just plain sucks!

I thought about it, but I don't like many of the double din's available and I certainly don't want a single din conversion. Plus, I actually like the factory HU. I just want more media flexibility.

1st post here, I actually scoured for the the "Hi, my name is...' thread and couldnt find it. oh well, that's what i get for trying to do it right for a change.

I have one of these that I got installed about 8 months ago, the lady is going to buy me a new deck for x-mas, so i don't have a need for it. Ive got uPAC-GM11.. sells new for $190, i'll ship it and everything for $100. Came out of an 08 LT sedan, but im pretty sure it will work with any cobalt/delco unit. PM me if you're down! You'll probably see me next in the apperance threads.

p.s. thing works like a charm, and bounces between xm and ipod no problem with on screen text.
