Passkey 3+

I have a 2008 Cobalt. On coll mornings it is always in Anti-theft mode. If I leave the key in, turned to on, for anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes I can get it started. Once I get it started it works well for the rest of the day. I would LOVE to bypass and/or disable the VAT system but I can't find any info on how to do that with Passkey 3+. Lots of advice on Passkey 3, which has different wiring, but nothing on 3+. Can anyone tell me how to bypass it? Thanks much.

Why bypass the anti-theft? If it works and runs, that tells me it's a wiring issue, ie: a small break somewhere. These cars are infamous for a few pinch spots on the wiring harness; I know, I've been fighting with P0101 for a couple years now and just about replaced everything I could reach. If you have the schematics, try tracing the line with a multimeter and see if you can spot the issue.
