pioneer avh-4000 usb issue

I've had my pioneer double din for awhile now and i love it but i cant seem to get the usb to work 100% to my liking. I've read thru the manual over and over and i cant figure out where the issue is coming from. Im using a cruzer micro 8gb usb with about 5gb of music on it. i use the latest windows media player to upload the songs i choose onto it. I've noticed that when i put about 5gb or more onto the flash drive, a certain section of songs won't play or even show up. think of it like this.. i have them on there from A-Z

songs C-Z showed up but A-b did not. I cant figure out why it does this. One thing that works is if i take the folders w/songs that didnt show up and put them in a folder in the group that did show up. It's just weird how this happens. does anyone have any suggestions.

i think thats it... the weird thing is it says u can have like 15,000. i need a program that will group the songs better.yesterday i stuffed all the files that werent showing up into a folder that was. it took out a huge amount of ones that played previously. so basically. i have to use less songs which sucks, but finding out a better way to keep songs with less folders is my goal now. are there any better syncing media progams than wmp?
