Pioneer Avic f90bt

i was just on pioneers site and man does the avic f90bt look like a nice unit. is anyone currently running one of these? also i have an 06 with side airbags and onstar. have they came out with a way yet to maintain functionality of the onstar service while being able to use the avic in dash's?

Thats the same as the f900 but its the premier. It has 4v rca insted of 2.2v and a 2 year warranty insted of 1 year.

I believe the wire harness is the metra XSVI-2103... and it runs about $100. I might be wrong just going off of memory on that one.

I have a F90-BT... I put a picture of it in my FCOTM submission if you want to see what it looks like... It was a pain to install on my 08, but I hear it is easier on an 06... I love mine...it does everything... The cons are 1.) trying to find a inconspicuous place for the mic 2.) The GPS is a little dated for my area (pretty much all GPS units are dated for my area) and 3.) Not being able to have full funcitonality while driving (there is a hack for that though)

I had one is my last car and loved it. I did not do a hardware hack tho I just reprogrammed it. It is quite easy actually. Just go to AVIC411.com

It should aftermarket radios have better processers in them than factory ones. So Even with factory speakers you should hear a difference.
