Hay I need help wireing up a power inverter. It is 200 watts. We do a lot of road trips and take laptops and other goodies that run on 112 so does any one no of a good place to wire in?

What brand is it? I assume its a 12V input. Most inverters have an input, where you connect your car battery. That should be the only input. Would you post a picture or web address of the inverter?

Just get the one where you plug it into a cigarette lighter. Mine is 250 400max. Love it.

 

Verify your fuse box. Look for a 12 V fuse. I don't know if there is any in our car. You can wire the inverter from there.

yea you could wire it to a 12v in the fuse box, or rob off one, 200 is kinda small, i had one on a trip once and the laptop blew its fuse quick, guess it just depends on what your going to run off it.
