Professional Installers

Hi out there. New to the forum and I just bought my Cobalt 3 days ago. I just thought I would see if there are any other guys out there that do 12v stuff for a living? I've been into car audio for about 10 years and have done it professionaly for 4 years. Later.

i used to work for curict city. i know they have a bad rep but the store i worked for had a pretty good crew of installers. we didn't do to much custom installs on customer cars , but i did do a lot to my car and some friends. i was more into the fabrication aspect of installing. my boss was electrical engineer.

its smothing id love to get back into , but it just didn't pay the bills and all the custom shops around here don't pay enough , and don't offer any benefits. and it really sucks becasue at the time i dont even have the money to do it as a hoby.

excusee the rice lol. i was going thrue a show car faze when i started the car.

I work at Stereo One in Carbondale IL. $250 -300$ is about the going rate for a custom enclosure. Unless you want something intricate, I would just buy a pre-fab. But hell, bring your car down and I'll build you something cool
