question!

is mtx audio a good brand? i had planned on getting rockford fosgate but the guy at the audio store swore that while rockford was good that mtx was even better.

MTX has come a long way in the past few years but fosgate is better.

work at a authorized dealer for both... if your going big id defininatly say go fosgate T1&T2 are much better then the 8500 and 9500 from mtx. When ur looking at the lower lines they are about the same. Ive been very impressed with the P1 and P2 a few times (i wasnt expecting much but they got pretty loud) but same thing with the 4500 and 5500. Just watch out because the MTX line is huge and really their bottom bottom end is just that BOTTOM of the line
