Question about amp.

I am sure this has been asked, but couldn't really turn up anything in search. I have an aftermarket HU Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD. I want to run the stock amp through the front and rear RCA outputs instead of through the speaker wires. The sound is really distorted when ran through speaker wires. Is there a product out that can make this happen? Or do i need to just get something like this Rockford Fosgate Rfi2sw Speaker Line to Rca Adapter : Amazon.com : Automotive Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.
Thanks
Brandon

Now I am not sure about the amp but if it takes high level speaker inputs that will not work, the RCA's on the back of your head are low level outputs.
