Question about OEM Key fob

Hey guys, I own a 06 cobalt ss...anyway the metal clip that holds the battery in broke off at the soldier point on the little circuit board...could I soldier it back together? Super glue?

Same thing happened to my aftermarket remote on my bugeye. took apart the FOB and stuck a cotten ball inside and put the cover back on. Holds battery in perfectly!
