Will not Start after i replace a headlight bulb

Well the question says it all, i replaced the passanger side bulb after i replaced it i made sure for it to work and it worked fine, (i had the key in the acc the whole time) i then tried to turn it on but it wouldnt do nothing. Any suggestions, on what it might be?

Also the passanger turn signal will stay on.

Do you hear a ticking coming from the starter when you try to start it?

If that doesn't work, all I can say is try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, just ground is all you need to disconnect.

unplug the whole passenger headlight harness and try turning it on, the bulb that u just installed might be causing a short, then try jump starting if necessary, then you can pinpoint the problem from there...
