I found the fix to that problem the other night. Go in your trunk, and about 2 inches from the bottom of the inside of the trunk you'll see 2 "V" looking pieces. That is what caused the rattle in my car. Just play a song that has a lot of bass and open the trunk and really listen to where it's coming from. It should be the same problem as mine, I'll take some pictures of what i'm talking about because it's kinda hard to explain at where this is located.

But if you do know/see what i'm talking about you can either pull back the V's a little bit until you do not hear any more rattles or just put a small piece of rubber under it (thats what I did)

Or it could just be the cheap rear deck lid flopping around and rattling thats what it was with mine. It drove me nuts after I put in my subs. I just tore up an old towl and stuffed it in between the lid and the actual rear deck to keep it tight, now no rattle back there. Also the childseat anchers made alot of noise back there. I just glued the lids to them down. Now all I have to do is figure out how to stop my dome light from rattleing so bad!

I don't know about the coupes, but my sedan has the child seat "anchors" in the rear deck. The covers are my nemesis, the visibly bounce about an inch with my su turned up slightly and about an eighth of an inch eith out the sub. the other problem spot on mine seems to be the trim between the doors on the drivers side

use dynamate EVERWHERE. plus it helps your system, especially inside the door panels

i dynamatted my whole rear chassis and trunk area
i deeply regret it, there was absolutely no reduction in rattle
the only thing reduced was my bank account, 100 sq ft is not cheap

spray on rubberizer is much more beneficial
