Radio Interferance

I just recently put a system in my 06 cobalt ls, and I noticed whenever it hits i get really bad radio interferance, especially when im listening to my ipod with the itrip. I don't know if this maybe has to with the ground wire? Anyways, has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you fix it.

I'm not quite following you,
Why don't you give us a breakdown of your system so we have a better idea.
What your running,
What size wires
How long is your ground, and wheres it grounded to
New HU or still using stock one, what kind of RCA's

I'm running one alpine 12" type r with a concept amp, im not actually sure which one though because it was my friends and he just gave it to me, stock headunit, i have the back speaker wires split into a pyle crossover. none of the wires are that long probably not more then 2 feet for anything, and its grounded to that metal thing kinda by the battery that gm has stuff grounded too
