Hello everyone,

So my friend has a problem with the radio in her 2007 cobalt lt 2 door with the pioneer package. It started a month or so ago when she hit the top of her dashboard. The radio stopped working, now this is weird because the radio still works. It lights up, and displays the station, and song, or any cd you have in it. But you dont get any sound from it! She is very frustrated, and has even gone as far as to get a new factory radio from GM and have them unlock it and still nothing works!!!! The GM techs here have no idea whats wrong with it. Any insight would be very appreciated.

check the fuse for the amp. it will be in the interior fuse box. if the fuse isnt blown then the amps probably busted and needs to be replaced. from what ur saying thou im sure its the fuse
