Quick question: I purchased a viper remote start, and was wondering if we could use the auxiliary feature of the remote start to engage the fan after X amount of minutes. perhaps using a relay to get a signal from the start module and then kick the fan on? I've been given a solid " I don't think" on the basis of our wiring harness won't support it, but I was wondering if anyone wants to chime in here.

i would venture to say no. it depends if gm lan turns on the blower or its voltage. if its 12v or so you can wire a relay to be able to turn it on with the hit of the button.... i wouldnt hold my breath but theres a slim chance of that being possible, as far as speed and timer or on and off that would be very doubtful.
