Alright, so under warranty my ECM failed and caused my ignition to go bad. This was 2 years after I bought the car. A few months later, it happened again (this is about 2 years ago). This Tuesday, the EXACT same parts went bad. Has anyone heard or had ECM issues? I just dropped $600 to have it fixed not even thinking this is probably all plug and play and the parts through GMPARTSDIRECT are a lot cheaper.

There has to be an underlying issue causing these failures. I didnt care when the car was under warranty but now i feel like i have to put $300 is my annual maintenance budget to fix this dang issue every two years.

Kind of a rant thread because I am so frustrated but looking for insight on anything.
