Replacing rear speakers in my ss/tc

I have a pair of Alpine 6x9s Type R's that i want to put in, in place of the stock's with the Pioneer system. First question is, any specific amps you would recommend, and number 2: I want to keep my stock deck in so how would i go about hooking this up.

Mostly, I just cant figure out where the remote line would go.

Thanks!

if you are just swapping the 6X9s and adding an amplifier for them then you shouldnt need to do any bypassing just unhook the stock wires put the loc on there and run your own speaker wires from the amp to the speakers.
