retro hi-beams keep blowing fuse

So im at a complete loss. Retros have been on the car for atleast a month now. hi-beams worked fine a few days ago then the other night they wouldntwork anymore, switching to hi-beams caused the headlights to turn off, Emailed TRS and they told me to check the fuse, low and behold, fuse was blown, great, easy fix. so i thought. so i replaced the fuse and went to use the hi-beams and BAM blown again, ive tried relocating my grounds, ive checked the box to see if theres anything frayed on the wires causing it to short out and i am at a complete and utter loss.

TRS told me to check the box for any frayed connections. all grounds are good and solid, no frayed wires, nothing. just keep blowing the driver hi-beam fuse.

i hope someone out there can help. i live in a pretty rural area so i like to use the hi-beams to watch for deer because i almost took one out a few years ago at 60mph.

hope someone can help

Scarey stuff.. i know, almost had one run right into the side of me... What about at the light fixture its self.. can you see if any wires are touching anything metal (light bulb part), or if the bulb is even in the connectors?

im thinking the relay is the only option left thats gone bad, im hoping TRS will replace it for me. i love my retros and dont wanna get rid of them.

i almost hit one at 60mph it was standing in the left lane in the middle of the highway and i was in the right lane just crusing not rly paying attention. then i just see it standin there. BIG ASS DEER, woulda totaled my car im sure if i had hit it. so now i use them all the time when no other cars around.

TRS Is warrantying it. along with a prepaid label to return my current one for testing. gonna hopefully fix this issue and relocate the relay to a better place so i wont have moisture issues.
