Too much heat on the small projector . No way to spread it (room) like a d2s and it will damage the reflective chrome

i went from mini d2s 2.0 to mini d2s 3.0, theres definitely a difference there, mounting is a lot easier.

only thing i hated is that the beams seem to point towards the center of the car. doesnt make a huge difference in output but its annoying.

Been running 6000k 55w Morimoto H1's for 4 years. No issues. I will say its a strange look though. They are considerably brighter, but the problem is because of the mini h1 foreground system or lack there of (older mini's only) there is TOO much light infront of the car, so much so that it can hurt your distance vision. But high beams were intense and the appearance was wild! I now run Mormimoto 3five 35w ballasts and xb35 5000k bulbs.
