Theres no Aux input, get an FM Modulator, Wireless transmitters do not work well in our cars

Yes I would get that as well (if my car didn't already have XM). Using the FM modulator would work but you will have interference from radio stations and other things. Plus you won't have to worry about picking up someone elses XM or Sirius signal.

You wouldn't have interference using an FM Modulator. Well at least the ones I've looked at. The one I was looking at getting cut out all radio stations and played music from your player into your head unit. The FM Transmitter has a lot of interference. Also some of the sirius units I have seen have a built in FM Transmitter, so you wouldn't have to buy one for it.

As much as I like the setup, I wish I could hook my S50 antena to the cars stock xm one. I love my S50 too much.....better than paying for 2 radios too. Heres some pics!

I have a sportser replay....kick ass setup it has a 40 minute tivo like feature....when the phone rings I hit pause, then play when I hang up. Plus you are able to program in any sports teams you want, then whenever they are playing you get notified, and a popup ever time the score changes.

I have it installed right next to my boost gauge. This way I was able to run the wire down the side of the dash to the floor, and in the trim all the way back into the trunk. The antennea sits below the lip of my spoiler and you can barely see it. The FM modulator works fine, no interferance from the XM stuff. I will admit however the sounds quality is not as good as using the XM or a CD, but it is a small price to pay for a better satellite system and Howard Stern.

yeah that is going to be cool. The advantage of a portable though is that I have a dock in both my cars, my home, and my office, all for one subscription price. Food for thought

I'd mount it coming up next to the passenger seat, but I don't want to have that sticky **** there when/if I decide to take it off, plus it's easier to look over at instead of looking down and to the right.

go to bestbuy... get whatever tuner you like. then also get the Direct Connect box... that will hardwire into the system...
