Stereo probs

Hey guys. i have a 2005 sunfire supercharged

what would cause my car at idle to the point of almost stalling when my stereo is barely turned up and hardly any sounds coming out of my speakers.

i put the meter onto the battery and theres no reading, so i go to the back where my amps are and take a reading from there its about 13.9 with car running and 11.5 off (just did this at lunch). would it be the alternator or battery?

Earlier this year i was having the same things happen. so, on the supercharger kit the tb adapeter has a "nipple" thing on it for a vaccuum line for the auto tranny. earlier i had uncapped this and the stereo was fine no lights dimming or anything. i was reading up in the instruction manual that it is supposed to be capped, so i capped it last night and this is when the stereo problem started occuring again. so im at a loss as to what it can be.
