Stock Speaker Replacements

Okay bare with me guys I'm new at this.
So I just bought 2 new speakers for the back seat of my 2009 2 door and I'm having some problems with the removal of the rear deck. I looked at several websites and they all say that you have to remove the plastic from the C pillar and remove the seat belt bolts. I don't know about you guys but I really don't wanna mess around with the C pillar where the side impact airbags are located and I definitely don't wanna mess with those seat-belts because well... they're seat-belts. Is there a way that I can get this rear deck out without messing with those two things or should I just return the speakers?

you need to take out the c pillars. just be careful and dont unplugg the airbags. you dont have to take off the seat belts. you can take the bolts from the bottom if you want but not a necessity

if your worried about install id hope you bought good speakers. if you got shitty ones its going to be a pain + worse then stock

I put new speakers in the rear deck of my cobalt too. MY car is a coupe, so im not sure how different it will be but I didn't take the c pillar off i just kinda bent the rear deck cover until the tabs that go under the c pillars came out and pulled it back. If you do it this way just be careful not to bend it too far. Mine looks like it was never taken out so if you take your time it will be nice and clean.

I actually returned them today. I'm currently in the moving process and don't have the time. Maybe in the near future I will go ahead and replace them.
