Subbox dimension questions.

I am currently about to build a box for a 15" sub, I am aiming for 2.1 - 2.5cF internal volume before installing the sub. I just though I would ask to see if anyone here has built/owns a 15" enclosure with this general volume and if you would mind sharing with me the dimensions or at least the maximums that would allow installation/removal without having to remove any parts from the car itself. I already own the subwoofer so switching to another size is not ideal.

Thanks in advance,

Sejin

the sound has all to do with the amp that is powering the sub. and the size of the box. but in my experience 15" subs do not sound that good. they just put out a lot of noise and are not too clear. but to each his own.

what kind of sub/amp are you going to be runing?

Sorry I also forgot to mention the box will be sealed, it is a 15" FiQ (already have) powered by an Orion 1200D (already have). Which will be connected to the stock stereo via AudioControl LC6i (picking up on Saturday). Also the front stage is being changed to CDT Audio EF-61FG/TW25 Pro (picking up on Saturday) powered by an Orion 8002 (already have). Plus I would sounddampen now, buts its just to damn cold right now to do it right. And heating the garage would probably cost a fortune since its not insulated very well.
