Subwoofer wiring help
My old Alpine type E 12" had one positive and one negative terminal on the back of the sub.... easy wiring... connect the wires and your done.
Just got a 12" kicker CVR and theres two positive and two negative on the back.. How do I wire this up? The booklet says its for Parallel or Series wiring.. I'm not sure which I want or how to do wire either... I'm just going to be connecting it to one amp and putting in a single sealed box...
What should I do?

That's a dual voice coil sub. You need to find out if it is a Dual 2 Ohm or a Dual 4 Ohm speaker.
Next you need to find out what impedence you amp is capable of running. That will determine how you wire your sub.
Post up the make and model of your sub and amp and I can show you the proper way to do it.
