I'm installing a digital shift light and it says connect to a switched power source could someone tell me how to do this , where the best place to connect would be and a picture would be super help needed asap

 

try doing a search before you post. search for shift light!

 

just splice it into an accesory power supply, one that turns on when the key is turned on and off when the key is turned off
