Exclamation Viper alarm issue

Two weeks ago I was leaving work when I went to go unlock my car it wouldn't work. The blue light on my remote worked fine but it wasn't unlocking it. I had to unlock manually and turn the alarm off using the valet button ever since it hasn't worked. I've tried changing the battery in the remote and reprogram the remote and still nothing. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks guys

Do you have a bypass that does doorlocks for you? If so, check that the bypass is operating....If it's just an alarm and not a remote start, you should check that the wires are secured properly...

Sometimes if my battery runs low my bypass won't have enough power to unlock the doors, if I drive it for a while it will be fine.
