I am selling a JL 10w3v2. It's a 10", but it hits pretty hard for a 10"

I startd out with 3 JL 10w0's and that was loud. I replaced it with ONE JL 10w3v2. Same amp...sounds AMAZING. I am selling my 10w3v2 in a box with a 200w Alpine amp for $225. Check out the thread:

its going to depend on what type of music you listen to and the volume you usually do as well.

asking "what's a good sub for me?" is just the same as asking "what's a good car for me?". well, there are many products out there, that all do different things and it will depend on how you intend to use it for us to give a good answer.

you wouldn't want to use your Cobalt to go off-roading, so would you want to use the wrong sub?

L7s are the higher model. L5s are the lower models. They each come in all the sizes 8-15. The 18 is L7 only.

hmm, doesnt sound like youre givin those enough power
rms is 750 watts
my s12L7 has (true) 650w going to it, and i thought that was low

L7's seem to be an all around good sub to use, for rock, rap, or anything
its pretty versatile as far as tuning goes, just dont turn the gain up more than 1/8 to 1/4
or itll rip the spiders

I love my JL's. Go with the 12 w3 unless you have alot of cash to blow. Like someone said the w7's are great and can handle alot of power but that means you have to spend that much more to have that kind of power!

JLs are pretty good like most have said but they tend to be a little more pricey then say audiobahn but from everything i have heard are much better quality.

i still have a sub box in my cav (fiberglass) thats still not hooked up...Christmas will be a year its just sitting there taking up space. BOO.
