will this battery work in the ss/tc?

im wondering if you take out the stock ss/tc battery and installed this one would it all work out good or what would happen. also does anyone know how heavy the stock battery is?

Cold cranking amps seem low IMO.

it will be ok... but i wouldnt really go with that mini one. bump it to the next size the 800 and ull be ok. are u just planning on savign weight or what

I have a kinetik hc600 for stereo and it is about a third of stocker weight. Your link is not working, so I am not sure what you are looking at, but I remember that Modern used to have the race version of the hc600 on their site. IMO, a light weight battery is only significant for straight drag cars, where every .001 counts. For cobalters, it is negligible

im going to have to agree with that. although im going to assume u meant 1400 considering there is no 400

The link was to the kinetik racing battery equivilant to the HC600

The 1400 would be about the same weight as stock battery
