Can anyone shine some light on why why wipers act as if they dont have much power going to them, they work about half speed it seems.....and no matter what speed you select they don't really change much.....and as well my passenger window rows up extremely slow as well

 

I don't know about the wipers but your passenger window motor/ regulator is going out

 

Whats the voltage when you are noticing this? and is it all the time? car off/on make a difference?
