wire colors?!

wire colors?!

i need to know that color the cigarette outlet wires are, the one next to the shifter...
and if it is possible to access them from the front passenger side fuse box?

any help would be very appreciated!!!

It's been a while since i've been in there, but something tells me one is brown and the other green. it's really easy to take that part of the console apart and check. As for where the wires head off to, I'm not sure. Why do you need to know?

Pop up ur shift boot and reach down in there and unplug the connection...or just look down in there, you'll be able to see what color the wires are. Check the fuse panel for which fuse is the 12v accessory jack, it should tell you

Um... Use a fuse tap and just tap the cig lighter fuse, that way you don't have to cut any wires

im in the car now, i dont see one for a 12v acc

i have a little fuse thing that i bought that has a wire on each side and a fuse holder, i was going to use that, and 2 quick splicers.. but id what fuse is for the 12v acc, or ciz lighter

well i got the passenger side pannel off and i cant see the wirs for the damn tape. im gonna have to take that white peice off to get to the wires...
