So i just got my zzp HID headlight upgrade in the mail today. i have it hooked up where but only the lows work. Hi beams are still yellow. I got the 9007 bulb and HID harness upgrade. As of now the harness is not connected because i cant get it to work? Hi are supposed to be HID on the cobalts right?

That depends on the bulbs. Some aftermarket his bulbs will have an hid low and halogen high.

 

Depends on what kind of kit you got. Some high beams on hid kits are just a small halogen bulb on the hid bulb, and true high beams are a "motorized" bulb where it physically moves to create a highbeam.

 

i just looked at the bulbs while turned on hi and low and it looks like the his are only halogen.

where can i get a 9007 bulb with hid his and lows?

Pm mkulrey13 on here, on go to buyhids.com, they use a true bixenon hid bulb

 

I definitely fail at life. Just looked on ZZP's website again and it does clearly say HI BEAMS ARE HALOGEN. Facepalm me...
