Looks great man. The red and black theme is nice. What springs are you rolling on by the way? And what tire size did you choose, 235's?

I just put my SSC springs on a couple days ago, so new pics of it lowered with the black lugs are on the way as soon as I give her another bath.

Its lowered on H&R's, and for tires i went with Brigstone Fuzion ZRI 235-45-17. wheelhop is def. improved a lot, but honestly traction isnt all that much better =/

I went with the Toyo T1R's for more traction. These tires hook like crazy, grip in the turns especially with the springs, and are great in the rain as well. Nice all around tire Max Performance tire with a 280 treadwear.

The fuzions are a good tire and after proper break in time they should get a little better. The are a ultra high performance tire instead of a max performance tire though, so they will not be super sticky. Looks great anyhow and I'm everyone is ahppy with their new wheels so far!

That looks absolutely killer on your Red lowered car I would leave the headlights ....jmo . Ive had new found liking to the stockers . As far as traction I kinda feel the same as you ...not much gained , Im on blizzaks at the moment , which traction wise is bout equal to the 18" KDW2's on dry pavement . But , I noticed a BIG dif in wheelhop and the car rides ALOT better and the steering feels better imo with the bigger sidewall and wider footprint .

Awesome SS man , love it .

Great combo! They look prety high profile, but they are the right size. A 235/40R17 would be almost a 5% speed difference as oppossed to the 1% difference of the 235/45R17.

We had a custom order through Rota Wheels for a one off run of 5-7 sets of wheels. I can't remember how many exactly, but it was a minimum of 5 sets. We ordered them in October and just received them a couple weeks ago. You could probably set up another order for them since they have the jig already made, but you will need 5 people to agree on the same exact set of wheels with the same color, finish, and offset.
