, I know the excitement as I just got mine on the 12th.

Kinda a bummer that you have to wait till Saturday to take it home
I got to drive mine away, fully completed transaction, within 7 hours of it rolling off the truck at the dealership.
I was eager to get it away from them because absolutely none of them had in person seen the SS S/C yet or driven one...
(as it was I let several of the employees at the dealership sit in the nice Recaro seats while my salesman and I were doing the 'walk around' of the car before I drove it away. so by the time I drove it away at least 5-7 people had already sat in my car
)
I'd hate to have had to wait days and then get it with like 120 miles on it from them joyriding it hehe. as it was, mine had 14miles on it (and it claimed the "avg speed" had been 14mph) when I drove it off the lot.
I've already got about 111 miles on mine (it spent all day Tuesday just sitting in the parking lot where I work), which includes taking it up to 100mph (not hard throttle though, taking it easy in general still), and the DIC still says the "avg speed" has been 22mph... so you cant tell for sure if someone at the dealership hopped in it and abused it already or not....
So, in summary, I hope you find yours with nice low low miles on it when you get the keys and drive it home

my dealer did get their sticker on it before I picked mine up even .... (they only had it for less than 7 hours even)
I'm think I'm going to remove it when I do my first complete hand washing of the car this weekend or soemthing...
at least it's not too horrendous in my case.. they actually put some thought into the placement of the sticker... but still....

I got my car last Saturday and the car got there on Friday and it already had the dealership sticker on there. They are quick with those. In my case those each freaking letter was it's own sticker. It wasn't just one pick sticker. It said "Hendrick's (Chevy Emblem) Cary Auto Mall" So that's 22 individual tiny stickers. Put they came right off easily.
My car was parked all the way out in there "overflow" lot were they place cars they just get off the truck and trade-in vechiles. So, they decided to go pick it up and pull it right in front of the dealership, I just to intice me into getting the car. Which they even didn't have to do because I've had my heart set on it since the car first came into production. Everyone that was working there was checking it out because it was the first 06 models that they got, along with a silver one. Everyone working there was coming up to me asking me if I was the one getting it man. They were all like "That's pretty sweet"
