I've been meaning to post this for awhile..

I took delivery on 10/21/05, not bad considering I only ordered it on 09/20/05. I haven't seen many Orange cobalt's on the road, and no other SS S/C orange cobalts.

 

Looks good! Orange and the stock SS/SC wheels go great together. Enjoy it!

 

That and black are the only colors i'm considering now. Man it looks so sweet in that color!

Yay! I'm not alone. I knew the color would be a bit more rare, but I didn't expect it to be as rare as it is..

 

Hot car ! Makes me wish I had gotten that color.

That color isn't so rare where I live. I've seen 2 other Orange SS/SC In and around Buffalo, plus mine. I figured that I'd be the only one crazy enough to drive an orange car......I guess not

Looks good. Some tint would really set it off.

 

I have to admit, I was nervous ordering the orange. I didn't test drive a SS S/C or even see a SS version of the cobalt before the order, and I didn't see any orange cobalt's before my order. It was a "That looks good in the picture" kind of order.

After it arrived, everyone at the dealership loved it. The pictures do not do it justice. I get comments all the time (all positive, except for my wife when she first saw it, she's come around to liking it though) about the color / look of the car.

I still don't really care for the wing when your driving it though, I'd rahter have a stock SS wing on the back. Call me old, but I like to see out my back window.

 

nice color. I agree with oaklandmr tint would look great against the orange.

 

I've always loved that orange. They used it on the Grand Am GT's there for the last few years...maybe even just the last year? But it's nice as hell. Before I got my Cobalt, I was pondering for a second on buying this brand new, fully-loaded Cavalier LS Sport Coupe just becasue it was that color, and had the ground effects and chrome wheels. but I'd rather have nice wheels AND my engine.

Regardless...sweet car!
