My car and mods

I washed and waxed the car today since it was a nice 70 degrees and since I just bought a new camera, I took "a few" pics for the featured car and also of all my mods. I have mostly visual mods, to keep my Cobalt unique, but I am working on getting some performance into it. I live in Royal Oak, MI and this is downtown on the parking garage. Great spot for elevated pics. No one was really around today, being Sunday, which was nice.

Here are a few pics of the car:

I hope to get some Sportlines soon to decrease that gap:

Here is 35% tint on all the windows (minus the windshield) in the sunlight:

I love this view! It looks so short and sweet:

I put my lower grill back in. I am not sure which way I like it best. What do you guys think?

The signature 2.4L white gauges:

And at night:

Engine mods

Injen CAI in black:

DCSports strut bar:

Ingalls ETD:

Exterior visual mods

AntennaX short antenna:

Painted calipers:

Interior mods

TWM Short throw and A6 Leopard knob:

GM Pedal kit:

I'm mainly modding to make my car unique. I have added performance mods, but not looking to compare to a SS/SC with a turbo kit or sound loud with a catback. So far, I am happy with the performance from my current mods. Like I said, soon i will get some Sportlines.

I hope you guys like 'em!

About the pedal kit.... why is the stock pedal in the SS/SC so much bigger than the stocker in the autos or the replacement pedals?

You should upgrade! The one I got is the same size as stock, but feels 100 times better. It is a pound of steel! You won't regret it!

I love the shifter. Seems a lot more solid when shifting.

The clutch and brake are wrapped around the metal/plastic pedal just like the stock ones (you have to take the stockers off) and then the accelerator pedal has to be completely replaced by removing a few bolts. Definatly not a cheap design, but worth it. Also, getting the pedals over the metal or plastic arm was a BITCH!

Mine just screwed on with no adapter. You may want to make sure they sent you the correct kind.
