I heard that a 2.8 inch pulley is supposed to be 17 or 18 psi of boost? Im running mine now and only hitting 15 at the end of rpm (6500). I tried doing the bypass valve mod or anything else but still only touching 15 psi. Any one have the same issue???

by the way my elevation is 2800 ft but that shouldnt be an issue??
