Borg Warner turbo question

Does anyone know what these holes (2 pin holes, one large threaded hole, and one smaller hole) are on this turbo? Can it be blocked off?

They aren't drilled through or shouldn't be. They are for a optional add on sensor

Damn a question I knew, beat me to it. Also if you're turbo swapping your car and don''t know every spec of the turbo I'd be worried... I've probably read the entirety of the the EFR book a few times over now.
